Job Summary We are seeking a Finance Director to join our team in a hybrid position, based in MO. As a key member of the US leadership team and reporting into the VP of Finance for Introba, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of the US Region. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets aligned with the region's strategic goals.

  • Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and economic indicators to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.

Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

  • Present financial reports to the US leadership team, providing clear insights and recommendations.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage cash flow to optimize working capital and support operational needs.

  • Implement effective cash management strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

Financial Leadership:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support the region's growth and expansion plans.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and industry standards.

  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and governance processes.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the US finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and collaboration.

  • Build cross-functional relationships with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • Proven experience as a financial leader in a similar capacity within the engineering services or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing finance team.

  • Proven track record of driving financial success and contributing to organizational growth.
