About the role

Location: Remote

This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.

About the Role: The Associate Director, NPS Product Management, is responsible for the integration and deployment of technology products within the US NPS organization. This individual will be responsible for building and deployment of all technology products that support our NPS Patient Support Center (PSC), inclusive of tools, processes and technologies that enable meaningful experiences for our patients and practices. This individual will work closely with the PSC team with a deep understanding of our technology product portfolio, patient services business processes, case management, re-imbursement services, omni-channel, and 3rd party integrations. This individual will work closely with a large cross-functional team covering product, technology, PSC operations, enterprise strategy, vendor management and analytics to ensure a seamless product experience for our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end feature development and integration of all technology experiences within PSC operations by demonstrating a very strong understanding of patient services, including business processes, operational flows, program design, and operational challenges.
* Lead 2 or more scrum teams (Product owner, scrum master, business analyst, developers, testers etc.) to develop scalable enterprise products in partnership with the Product and IT teams that successfully address PSC operational challenges.
* Lead the documentation and ongoing maintenance of product requirements for Product / IT to build technical applications across all products working alongside NPS business strategy and franchise teams.
* Demonstrate deep understanding of the patient services internal and vendor landscape, including Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Co-pay, patient & practice authorizations, consent / opt-outs, and ongoing refill management solutions, for all product archetypes.
* Leverage data insights, research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to drive user-centered products and product enhancements.
* Partner with large cross-functional global team from Product and IT teams in support of PSC operations with continual improvement of this area as well.
* Engage with key stakeholders (PSC, franchise, IT, vendors), keeping them abreast of product status, in order to gain continuous buy-in.

Role Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Education: Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or Advanced degree in quantitative subject (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Social/Life Sciences) strongly preferred

Essential Requirements:
* 5+ years of product management and technology experience in healthcare, life sciences and / or regulated industry
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient services and reimbursement operations, either in Pharma or at reimbursement HUBs
* Demonstrated understanding within the Patient services technology landscape
* Demonstrated experience leading scrum teams, including Product Owners, Scrum master, Business analyst, Developers, Testers etc.
* Multi-functional experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare, preferred
* Experience in driving results in a matrix organization
* Proven self-starter and ability to deliver strongly in a "hands-on" role
* Proven expertise in product management, roadmaps and discovery
* Ability to interface with and influence senior leaders

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $144,000 and $216,000 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company re-serves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
