Director, UCSF Leadership Institute DO Admin Operations Full Time 78024BR Job Summary The Director of the UCSF Leadership Institute manages a comprehensive portfolio of training and development programs and initiatives, that advance the workforce capabilities across UCSF Health, the campus, and beyond. The institute, a revenue generating entity for UCSF, currently boasts seven leadership training programs, six training pathways for Evidence-Based Practice, and a growing portfolio of specialty programs, most of which are offered both internally and externally. To successfully deliver these programs, the director leads and oversees the work of a large team of full-time professionals, faculty from UCSF's academic schools, volunteers from UCSF Health and external contractors. To learn more about the benefits of working at UCSF, including total compensation, please visit: Department Description The UCSF Leadership Institute, an integrated structure between the UCSF School of Nursing and UCSF Health, provides outcome-driven leadership development and advanced evidence-based practice (EBP) trainings for the healthcare professional and academic leader across the career continuum. Within the institute's portfolio of programs are a suite of distinct and comprehensive leadership development programs, multiple evidence-based practice trainings pathways, as well as several specialty programs. The institute currently employs nine full-time employees across both UCSF Health and the School of Nursing, boasts eight faculty appointees from the School of Nursing and School of Medicine, and has over a dozen contractors or volunteers which serve as executive coaches and subject matter experts within our programs.
