$ 2,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations specific to their unit. The Supervisor oversees and directs work team's production and performance to insure proper utilization and effectiveness of assigned personnel. They are responsible for defining and delegating team member responsibilities to appropriate personnel to ensure a smooth, accurate workflow. The Supervisor works in tandem with the other department Supervisors to manage the daily production of the Patient Access team and assists in managing the overall operations of the department. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 3:00pm-11:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 1955 W FRYE RD, Chandler, AZ. We offer 2 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday. Primary Responsibilities:
