Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with charge nurse, co-workers, and anesthesia regarding patient care needs.
- Maintain supply inventory; stock anesthesia supply and equipment carts.
- Clean and maintain anesthesia machines, ventilators, and various small pieces of equipment
- Maintain sharps safety bins when change is needed.
- Effectively turnover and terminally clean surgery procedures rooms.
- Demonstrate high level of communication and effective team work when working closely with the anesthesiologists, surgeons, RNs, and other staff.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Previous experince in a healthcare setting
