As a senior member of Genoa Regional Finance, the position will play a key role as the financial advisor and strategic partner to the Northeast/Midwest Region Division Vice President. The finance manager will assist the regional finance leader to support support growth initiatives, expense management and overall P&L management for the region.

If you are located in xyz location/radius/time zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Work with Northeast/midwest Region to manage financial and operational performance
  • Supports regional finance leader to development of business/financial case for specific initiatives and capital mgmt
  • Participates in monthly business reviews with Area directors
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications:



  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant, high-impact financial experience
  • Exceptional financial acumen
  • Ability to work independently with key business executives (Finance, operations, clinical technology, etc) to evaluate business processes and key drivers of operational and business performance
  • Ability to anticipate issues, assess implications and implement appropriate action plans
  • Experience communicating complex thoughts in a clear, concise, and timely manner both in written and oral form
  • Able to partner with the business and guide decisions to ensure operating and financial performance objectives are met
  • Able to proactively identify financial and operating issues and partner with the region to find solutions
  • Demonstrated combination of creativity and discipline applied to execution of scalable new growth initiatives
  • Able to travel up to once per month with area leadership to pharmacy locations



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy or PBM
  • Solid analytics background and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Prefer residence in Northeast/Midwest region
