The Opportunity: The UCF Student Success and Well-Being Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) is accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician II. This role performs and conducts maintenance and preventive maintenance for the RWC buildings and equipment. This position may be assigned as the lead person in the absence of the Maintenance Superintendent. This position /classification may be moved at managements' discretion within SSWB division to a commensurate level position as determined by the VP of SDES of his/her designee. This is an Auxiliary-funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an approved apprenticeship program for multiple trades and 3 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla.
