The Category Manager CAPEX and MRO will be responsible for the creation and execution of the global strategic sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services to support Belden's businesses. This position requires an exceptional ability to develop relationships across the organization as well as with key suppliers to the company and to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels and global counterparts. This role can be located anywhere in North America. You will make an impact in the following ways:
What you will bring:
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $112,300 - $149,800 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
