What is the Investor Services Associate (ISA) responsible for?The Investor Services Associate (ISA) position is an exciting career opportunity in our Client Solutions Center (CSC). This position offers a rewarding career path in financial services! The ISA will work in a collaborative, innovative in-bound call center that strives to promote world class service to Franklin Templeton's shareholders and advisors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience about the mutual fund industry and the products and services offered by Franklin Templeton in the financial services arena, while being part of a DALBAR Award-winning team. The ISA position offers a robust training program in addition to on-going weekly mentoring and support from your management team and peers. What are the ongoing responsibilities of an Investor Services Associate?
The start date for this new hire class will be June 3, 2024. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.We expect the salary for this position to range between $42,000 - $44,000.
