Job Description

Role Summary:

Join Visa's dynamic People team, where our mission is to recruit, engage, grow, and empower the talent that drives our business. We're currently seeking a seasoned, highly motivated leader to spearhead the standup and execution of our new Executive People Concierge program and support key strategic initiatives across our People Solutions Organization.

This role will sit on the People Solutions team within the People Team at Visa. The People Solutions team delivers a wide range of operational processes and support for the Visa People Team. Their work covers supporting all Visa employees HR -related questions through our internal portal, as well as supporting critical employee processes such as pre-hiring, internal transfers, background investigations, payroll, rewards and employee relations. This team works closely with Visa's Centers of Excellence (CoE's), People Business Partners and People Advisors.

In this role, you will lead key initiatives such as the migration of new work, global expansion of service across People Solutions, and projects that enhance our People Team's value proposition. These will include enhancing efficiency and capacity within the team and enhancing the experiences and value we bring to our key stakeholders including People Business Partners, People Advisors, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and employees.

Additionally, this role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives within People Solutions and ensuring the success of the new Executive Concierge service. This service addresses a wide range of People-related queries and life-cycle events for our executives, including payroll, benefits, role transfers, relocations, immigration support, demographic updates, compensation, and other People-related issues as they arise. The Senior Manager, Executive Concierge and Strategic Projects will initially have one direct report with the opportunity to grow the portfolio of work over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the new Executive People Concierge team in providing exceptional People support to the company's senior executives worldwide.
    • Develop a top-tier Executive Concierge service, oversee its successful initial rollout, and manage its ongoing implementation.

    • Partner with executives across Visa to address and resolve a wide range of complex inquiries across various people functions including onboarding, payroll, benefits, role transfers, relocation, immigration support, personal demographic updates, compensation, and more.

    • Understand our People policies, procedures, and programs to support their implementation as well leveraging this knowledge to proactively advise and address executives future needs.

    • Develop metrics and data analytics for the new service to provide drivers of questions and insights for our Centers of Excellence and People Business Partner teams.

    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and build proposals to enhance the speed and quality of executive support including enabling easy access self-service.

    • Manage your team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality service.

  • Lead the delivery of other strategic initiatives across the People Solutions team.
    • Project manage People Solutions strategic initiatives from initiation to stabilization in operations and delivering on consistent project milestones throughout the project.

    • Build business cases to evaluate impact of strategic initiatives and support the prioritization of initiatives with the People Solutions Leadership Team.

    • Maintain the roadmap for projects and ensure strong project governance and KPI reporting throughout the execution of projects.

    • Develop change management and communication plans to support the implementation of People Solution initiatives.

    • Use relevant data and metrics to recognize critical dependencies. Assess the validity and reliability of information and present solutions using a risk-based framework.

    • Partner with People Systems and Technology to explore new technologies and approaches.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least

5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or

2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

*9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least

5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or

2 years of work experience with a PhD

* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

* A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR and project management experience,

with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of HR Shared Service

organization is also a plus.

* Previous experience in providing HR services or consultancy to executives is

highly desirable.

* In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and laws, particularly in areas

such as payroll, benefits, immigration, and compensation.

* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills including building

compelling proposals and business cases.

* Ability to synthesize complex information or processes into simple solutions.

* Ability to articulate compelling proposals, influence stakeholders and execute

good judgement in agile and dynamic environments.

* Strong executive presence.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive HR issues with

discretion and professionalism.

* Proficiency in HRIS and other HR related technologies.

* Proficiency in English required, advantageous if fluent in other languages as

well.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 108,000.00 to 156,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
