We are looking for an enthusiastic person to serve as who can act as inspirational mentors for teenagers aged 12-17 and assist in their therapeutic healing journey as well as manage the activities of programming and team management. To apply you must be: Must be 21 years or older Possess a bachelors degree in related field (preferred) with minimum of 1+ years experience working as field guide or equivalent.Be capable of consecutive days in wilderness as needed OR High School diploma / GED and 3+ years experience working with youth (or comparable experience) and minimum of 1+ as field guide or equivalent. Be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds Be able to pass a full background check (i.e. drug screen) Possess a valid Drivers License and clean driving record Salary $50,000
