Imagine a role where you contribute to helping a child and family heal! We specialize in treating struggles associated with adoption, trauma, anxiety, and addiction. We do this in the in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, where nature provides peace and healing. We are looking for enthusiastic people who can act as inspirational mentors for teenagers aged 12-17 and assist in their therapeutic healing journey. To apply you must be: Must be 21 years or older Bachelors degree in related field (preferred) with 1+ years experience working with youth OR High School diploma / GED and 3+ years experience working with youth (or comparable experience) Must be capable of an 8-day consecutive wilderness stay followed by 6 days off. Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds for extended durations Must be able to pass a full background check (i.e. drug screen) Must possess a valid Drivers License and clean driving record Salary: $44,500-50,000
