What You'll Do: As a Crisis Triage Coordinator, you will work closely with the Crisis Stabilization Services programming serving individuals in behavioral health crisis 24/7. Triage Coordinators may also participate as a member of the service delivery team to provide over the phone, in the unit, and/or field-based risk assessments, crisis interventions, safety planning, coordination of care including discharge planning, brief interventions, group work and potential placement for clients in Larimer County. Crisis Triage Coordinators will support our 24/7 Crisis Stabilization Unit and our crisis line answering calls from community members needing immediate crisis support/services, as well as providing real-time navigation of behavioral health services and resources to individuals. This position will be based out of our 24/7 Acute Care facility on the Longview campus and will be expected to cross train to cover multiple units within the facility, including Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Withdrawal Management, Crisis Stabilization, Mobile Crisis Response etc. as needed. The typical hiring range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/ hour, based on relevant years of experience. Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential.
