We currently have an opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Operations team in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytics, with proven experience in SQL, analyzing data and building dashboard solutions that provide our business leaders with the data and insights they need to help service our customers with excellence.

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you'll do:



  • Work with different stakeholders in the company, such as Operations, BizDev, Product, Tech and Program Managers
  • Provide accurate and user-friendly data models, insight, reports, and dashboards
  • Analyze data, track operational performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends


What we're looking for:



  • 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in tech/fintech companies
  • 3+ years of working experience building dashboards with visualization platforms - Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or another quantitative field
  • Highly experienced with SQL
  • Experience working with Python, with focus on Pandas - advantage!
  • Experience with data modelling, BI/ETL development. - advantage!
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery)
  • Experience working with operational KPI Metrics

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $100,000.
