Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Primary Care Services Full Time 77064BR Job Summary UCSF Primary Care Laurel Village seeks a full- time Nurse Practitioner with the ability to support and provide care of pediatric to adult patients in an Ambulatory Clinical Setting. The NP will have a critical role in the outpatient setting, with both team member and individual duties. These responsibilities will include triage, in-basket management, medication and diagnostic ordering, interpretation of test, and responding to messages and phone calls. Other responsibilities also include patient examination and assessment, diagnosis, and planning; treatment implementation, coordination, and continuity; performance of specific procedures, development of practice protocols and evaluation of quality care, education of patients, patients, families, and other health care practitioners. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day.
