Job Summary:

The Digital Commerce Lead will have responsibility to optimize the buying experience for customers across Belden's channels of distribution by leading and maintaining the definition of industrial automation product logic, user interface, and governance policies for B2B Commerce and configure-price-quote (CPQ). This role will engage and support business stakeholders to define their use cases, logic sets, and functional requirements for these platforms, and implement these onto the platforms. The Digital Commerce Lead will interact regularly with global cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, IT, and 3rd party system integrators and service suppliers to optimize Belden's digital commerce capabilities and performance. This position is a remote opportunity and will report to the Digital Product Manager CPQ/Commerce. Expected travel would be approximately 10% within the US.

Responsibilities:

You will make an impact in the following way:



  • Manage the capture, configuration, implementation and maintenance of industrial automation product and pricing logic and user interface on assigned digital commerce software platforms including B2B commerce, CPQ, and partner portals.
  • Manage relationships with Belden product, solution and pricing process owners and stakeholders to define and manage Belden and partner offerings on Belden's digital commerce software platforms.
  • Manage relationships with Belden IT and 3rd party service and software suppliers to optimize Belden digital commerce capabilities and performance.
  • Optimize digital commerce by owning assigned technology initiatives and defining and implementing improvements to Belden digital commerce policies and procedures.
  • Serve as primary point of contact to resolve issues impacting digital commerce capabilities and performance; escalate issues as required to ensure effective user experience.
  • Identify and document digital commerce requirements including use cases, process flows, business and technical requirements, and business pain points).


Required Skills and Experience

What you bring:



  • Bachelors' degree required
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience implementing and maintaining B2B Commerce, CPQ, CRM and partner portals
  • Prior experience with Industrial Automation industry channels of distribution and products is highly preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Salesforce CPQ, B2B Commerce, Sales, and Service experience with certification a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, MS Project or similar is preferred.
  • Ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail.



Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $97,500 - $146,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
