Launch by NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Digital Senior Product Owner with Fintech experience.

As a Digital Product Manager at Launch you will be playing a pivotal role in developing a true 0 to 1 product for a financial services giant in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate creative and strategic thinking skills as we help guide our client to develop leading edge, high impact software. Your exceptional stakeholder management and consultative abilities along with your keen interest in the fintech industry makes you an ideal candidate for the role.

You will be responsible for aligning user needs and business value while streamlining and championing delivery channels for product delivery, including technical and go-to-market delivery.Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Coordinate dependencies between different disciplines, teams, and organizations.

• Provide relevant product metrics to gauge team progress with a continual focus on improvement.

• Clearly communicate status updates and OKR progress to senior leaders

• Contribute content to the Product Management practice on a quarterly basis.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 +years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise or consumer softwarealong with experience in the fintech industry

• 3+years of experience decomposing features into collecting requirements, writing user stories, and shipping high-impact software.

• 3+years creating and maintaining product roadmaps and communicating success metrics.

• 3+years of experience with Agile software development practices and tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to manage features, stories, and roadmaps.

• 3+ years working with cross-functional teams of designers and engineers.

• Ability to work 100% on site at the client's offices in New York City

Desired Skills

• Great stakeholder management and communication skills. You should excel at building buy-in and empathy with your teams. This role interfaces with many different users and stakeholders spread across the US, EMEA, and Asia.

• Proven experience translating product strategy into a well-planned, well-maintained, and prioritized product roadmap.

• Demonstrated ability to ship software quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift on a regular basis.

• A curious, passionate drive to learn new domains and skills. In this role, your knowledge will grow, and you should relish diving into new areas, topics, and opportunities

• Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification is a plus

Position Details

Candidates must reside in the US and be available to be on-site 5 days per week in our client office in lower Manhattan.

The starting pay range for this role is $100,200.00-$156,499.00.This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
