Senior Project Manager Description of Position: The Senior Project Manager has a strong working knowledge of how to drive Project Management best practices while maintaining a strategic and flexible approach. This position is key to managing, driving and delivering efficiencies against small to large project types and campaigns. Exercising a fundamental knowledge base of both soft and hard PM skill set plus contributing to PMO Process Development and Improvement is critical for this role. In addition, exercising a mentality for continuous improvement in a creative environment, proactive thinking and the ability to create strong, trusting relationships across all functions is important to be successful in this role. Primary Responsibilities and Function: Drive the work in close partnership with cross-functional disciplines to ensure integration and quality throughout project lifecycle. Exercise a strategic approach to Project Management across small to large-scale projects and a wide range of project types, including creative and media. Seasoned at driving resourcing, developing and managing scope and timelines, and budget management. Exercise the ability to think about process and how the work should get done, while still maintaining a flexible approach respective to individual Client needs and expectations. Sound execution of deliverables ensuring quality at all stages and is completed on time and within scope and budget. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under high-pressure deadline driven environment while maintaining balance and business maturity. Ability to build internal relationships and develop a deep understanding of all resources' core competencies. Lead and drive the development of process improvement to help drive project and account efficiencies. Manage short and long-term resource needs and expectations for all projects and needs. Continuously drive efficiencies keeping quality at the forefront. Master of the details. Qualifications: 4-8 years of Project Management experience in an agency environment.
