As a member of our box office staff, you will have the power to take the general public's experience at Red Bull Arena to the next level. This is a part-time position working event days at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ. *Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be asked to work varying schedules to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).* *As a part-time employee of the Company, you will not be eligible for Company-sponsored benefits or paid vacation.* EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Must be at least 18 years of age or older Prior cash handling and customer service experience; comfortable counting money and making change Guest-centric, quality service attitude Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays Committed to work 85-90% of 2024 Season Home Schedule (www.newyorkredbulls.com/schedule) and any additional matches/events held at Red Bull Arena and Montclair State University Bilingual in Spanish and experience with Ticketmaster Archtics a PLUS!
