Team Lead - Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Services (PT/OT/SLP)

We are searching for a Team Leader - Rehabilitation Services to perform diversified duties both within the Rehabilitation team and in support of the Rehabilitation Program. Provide direction to assigned staff to meet department objectives and responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of goals for assigned areas of responsibility in collaboration with Manager. Coordinate daily department workflow with all team members and other team leaders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient work processing. Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel. *This is an inpatient position*

• Hours: 40hrs
• Shift: Day Shift
• Location: Southcoast Health Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Center @ Charlton Memorial - Fall River, MA

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorates in a Rehab Discipline such as PT, OT, SLP or Audiology required.
• Current MA license in the individual area of PT, OT, SLP or Audiology required
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience is required.
• Basic Working Knowledge of the use of a PC required
• CPR certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID 19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
