The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Technology Marketing team to develop and execute demand generation and Account-based Marketing programs for Macmillan Learning's core technology and enterprise solutions. In this highly collaborative strategic role, you will work closely with website designers and developers, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, technology product marketing managers, content marketing teams, and the broader Enterprise Solutions team to execute an integrated campaign that includes account-based marketing, event marketing, and content marketing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Create scalable outbound, web-based marketing strategies and campaigns that entertain and engage key audiences, help build top-of-funnel awareness and engagement, and grow new marketing qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Research and implement new ways to drive leads and account penetration, leveraging content marketing assets, targeted lists, and other account-based strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and retention of Macmillan Learning's technology and enterprise solutions
  • Develop, coordinate and measure integrated, web-based demand generation programs that drive qualified leads through key conversion points in the marketing pipeline
  • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the Enterprise sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up
  • validate how web-based outbound marketing activities influence middle-of-funnel lead conversions and continually refine our process to increase revenue.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience running web-based engagement campaigns that foster awareness and interest that creates customized audience experiences and deliver better-qualified leads
  • Experience using data to drive campaign decisions
  • Experienced using tools and technology within the marketing tech stack to maximize impact of web-based campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate with technologists and creatives to design and deliver engaging, effective web-based campaigns
  • Proven knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaign execution (web form, social media ads, email nurture campaigns)
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Deep knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Experience supporting the implementation of AI-based website marketing systems
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner, great at building relationships
