Candidates should possess a PhD in Neuroscience, Psychology, or related field with experience in Behavioral Neuroscience. Our research focuses on basic mechanisms of motivated behavior and decision making and how they become dysregulated in addiction and other behavioral disorders. We integrate sophisticated rodent behavioral assays with a range of neuroscience techniques such as opto- and chemo-genetics, and fast-scan cyclic voltammetry.
