Job Summary:

The Director of Graduate Programs oversees the day-to-day operations of all School of Management graduate programs. They work closely with the program directors and program faculty to manage program offerings and enhance the student experience in these programs. This includes scheduling, curricular planning, student advising (and supervision of others who advise students), and planning and execution of program delivery. The Director will also play a central role in strategic planning for our programs, devising improvements and working with the faculty to ensure all programs are on a good course. They partner with admissions and marketing to ensure effective marketing, appropriate web site content, and consistent enrollments. They assist with recruitment where appropriate. They provide student services including academic advising, onboarding, coordination of program events, etc. with the goal of maintaining strong student satisfaction and retention. They also help faculty maintain quality control by soliciting and responding to student feedback, assisting with program assessment and improvement, and tracking post-graduate student outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
|
Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant job experience.

Essential Functions:

Program planning and administration. Academic advising for all graduate students. Partnering with admissions and marketing to facilitate a successful enrollment strategy. Student services and onboarding work. Event planning and management. Assistance with program assessment activities.
