We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team in Racine, WI supporting revenue accounting recognition. This is a hybrid position.

Annual compensation range is $62,000-$90,000 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role).



Responsibilities

    Provide accounting and financial analytic support for revenue recognition accounting and expenses related to various North American ledgers, including running reports out of the financial software system SAP/ESS
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all US & Canadian freight accruals, miscellaneous invoicing (management and data load) as well as revenue recognition transactions
  • Responsible for reconciling all revenue related & other various general ledger accounts within the Commercial Accounting Department and related company affiliates
  • Perform monthly financial analysis for CNH management
  • Provide accounting, analysis, and support services to Commercial Accounting Manager
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to all internal controls and SOX requirements, recommending changes or process improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures; Support BlackLine (web based reconciliation tool)
  • Drive process improvement within the Commercial Accounting group, as well as collaborating with other departments


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
  • 2+ years accounting experience in a variety of accounting roles, including but not limited to general accounting, account reconciliations, and corporate accounting or manufacturing accounting

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of financial systems software similar to SAP
