Provide support to the Human Resources department in administering Safety & Health processes and programs for internal/external customers. Will serve as a contact for Safety/Health department, manage pieces of the health & safety programs, employee on-boarding process, and participate in executing department initiatives and projects.

* Provide support in various Safety & Health projects relating to analytics and job task analysis in a manufacturing setting.
* Perform compliance audits in the area of Safety and Human Resources
* Perform digitization of documentation to encourage a lean process.
* Improve Internal HR and Safety & Health SharePoint sites to provide easier access to employees.
* Provide support in audit preparation of HR & Safety department.
* Provide administrative support as needed for Human Resources and Safety & Health departments.

* Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Human Resources, Process engineering, or closely related discipline
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
* Must be dependable, organized, and able to produce accurate results while dealing with multiple interruptions, and to prioritize workload while working independently to meet deadlines.
* Strong PC skills to include MS Office programs, SAP, Publisher, and SharePoint desirable.
* Must be able to work first shift hours of 6:30AM - 3:00PM with occasional required weekend and evening hours.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information.

* The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:
* Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
* Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
