Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

JOB DUTIES:

Analyst, Supply Chain Systems for GXO Logistics Corporate Services, Inc., at its facilities in High Point, NC. Support the information systems component of the company's business. Perform IT service management processes. Manage the customer process for the information systems component of the company's business. Complete project and change management initiatives. Foster and maintain ongoing client relationships. Write specifications for new development and system enhancements. Support implementations by configuring systems, training users, and providing post-implementation support. Perform configuration of systems for integration, order management, and warehouse management. Perform integrated quality assurance testing on system changes before they are released to production. Work with end users to perform user acceptance testing for system changes before they are released to production. Provide training to end and power users in system use and provide site-support to distribution, business operations centers and support to resolve data-related problems with logistics information systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field.

Experience must include one (1) year of post-bachelor's work experience in the following:

• Configuration, implementation and support using web-based applications, including WMS, transportation management (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems;
• Experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution;
• Utilizing SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting;
• Experience with current information system technologies, including client/server, relational databases, web-based systems and object-oriented design.

Travel Required:

Frequency 25%.

Area: Domestic

Scope: Required to warehouse locations to set up/implement new warehouses and/or for training purposes.
