Target hourly rate: $22.03-$43.68
Qualifications 1. Must have working knowledge of MicroSoft Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Demonstrated ability to deal sensitively with confidential information and work independently under minimal supervision and to complete tasks within established
timeframes with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
3. Ability to follow, support, and enforce all educational and operational policies and procedures.
4. Ability to foster a stimulating work environment.
5. Ability to anticipate questions, problems, and proactively identify solutions.
6. Ability to write and speak clearly, concisely, and logically in conveying information, directions, and recommendations.
7. Ability to differentiate situations that can be handled individually vs. those that require direction and/or consultation with others.
8. Skill in working independently and following through with minimal direction.
9. Ability to prioritize tasks with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal direction and supervision.

18. Must be able to constantly stand and walk with frequent sitting; reach, lift, bend and use great majority of physical motion in daily activities; lifting, carrying, pushing,
pulling, or otherwise moving objects weighing 11-20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or a negligible amount of weight constantly.
19. Valid unrestricted California drivers' license. Available to drive personal vehicle to campus and off-campus locations for supply pick-up or special projects.
