Position Details-

  • Hours of Operations: PART TIME- Monday-Friday After School Schedule 2:00-6pm and EARLY RELEASE Days 1:15pm -6PM and Summer Camp positions
  • Starting Wage: $19 per hour
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Currently live locally or in surrounding areas
  • Requirements: One year work in childcare center type setting (not required, preferred)
  • Ability to meet all state-specific requirements including; Must be 18 years of age, New LIVE Scan Fingerprint, Signed Health Certificate with Cleared TB

As an Part Time Educator, every day is different! However, typical duties will include -

  • Partnering with the Program Manager to deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum. We work together as a team to achieve our mission and promote collaboration!
  • Building relationships and communicating with parents to provide the best child care for their children. We encourage our staff to foster those important relationships that contribute to our success.
  • Being a role model for children by modeling positive behaviors to assist with learning. Moving around to manage the classroom and maintain safety with a positive guidance approach.
  • Helping our programs be the best they can be! Verifying quality and compliance standards are met by organizing program materials and documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
  • Being asked to kneel, run, to lift up to 25 lbs, and have a lot of fun while doing so.
  • Regularly checking in with the Program Manager about personal and child performance metrics to ensure human growth. Our leaders care deeply about the development of students AND staff.
