Analyst, Risk Management

The Analyst, Risk Management role will support NISA's risk management initiatives to enhance enterprise and operational risk management and reporting. Operational risk objectives include enhancing operational risk measurement, analysis and reporting. Areas and activities for operational risk review include trade processing from trade execution to settlement, portfolio accounting and reporting, new product development, client service, client reporting, and IT controls and procedures. The Analyst role will work with business partners to produce and maintain Risk Control Self Assessments, Key Risk Indicators, BIAs, and manage event tracking.

Partner with senior members of the risk team to support business management efforts to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks
• Support the implementation of standard operational risk tools such as Loss Event Tracking and RCSAs
• Review, monitor and assess operational risk within various programs and departments
• Support the identification of key enterprise risk management activities; review related policies, procedures and processes

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience using MS Office products
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff
• Experience in the financial services industry, including experience in operational risk management, risk & controls, operations, trading, consulting or audit, preferably in an investment management environment a plus
