Urgent Care NP/PA - Highland, CA

Optum is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Redlands, Highland, Beaumont, CA.The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.

Position Details:



  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
  • Average census is ~2 patients per hour
  • See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
  • Full Time: 4 X 10 hour shifts weekly

Required Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of experience in an urgent care setting
  • Unrestricted CA PA/NP License
  • CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • EMR Proficiency

For California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $110,040 to $139,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
