Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager for the Connectivity product you will be responsible for building and maintaining the integrations to the Financial Institutions in the US. The Connectivity organization is a key team at to enable other value added products and your team will work closely with all of our other product and commercial teams to offer the leading open banking services, and you will play a crucial role in making that happen.

In this role, you will build and scale the connectivity product offering with the goal to offer connectivity to 10,000+ financial institutions that can enable us to offer market leading account information or payments products.

You will be responsible for owning a part of our connections together with the other connectivity teams, work closely with your engineering counterpart on building and maintaining the quality of your connections, and collaborate close with our ecosystem partnership and commercial leaders to improve our offering.

Responsibilities

  • You will own the quality and coverage of your connections to a range of financial institutions
  • You will support to recruit and scale additional connectivity teams for the US market
  • You will drive improvements to your connections by working closely with other platform and connectivity teams
  • Define goals and milestones for your team and work side by side with your team members, the engineering manager and other product teams and stakeholders to ensure that goals are reached
  • Gather product requirements, manage product backlog, and work with your engineering team (engineering manager and dedicated development team)
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Connectivity, other connectivity teams, and Product and Commercial leadership

This is a New York-based position. The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,000 USD to 180,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, s0ills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus and equity.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
  • Experience from a highgrowth technology company or financial services industry
  • You have prior experience from open banking connectivity / financial institution access in the US market
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product development with high velocity and quality
  • You are data driven with a focus on constantly improving the experience of your product
  • Ability to efficiently collaborate with engineering teams, commercial, and other product stakeholders to gather requirements and turn those into action

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9-10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
  • Experience in taking a product from 0 to 1 in a highly complex industry under a tight timeline
