Member of the Visa family since its acquisition in November 2020,'s proven platform, Yepex, enables issuers to easily launch card and account agnostic real-time payments solutions (P2P, P2M, and Cross-Border, among others) while providing value added services such as tokenization, identity validation and risk tools to deliver a complete transaction and service offering. What we are looking for

IT professionals who collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases.

Responsibilities:

* Respond in a timely way to product-related inquiries (Technology stack, security, functionality, features, requirements, etc.)

* Manage multiple stakeholders and projects, both internally and with the clients. Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders

* Train clients about products, their functionality, features, and limits

* Document customer needs and track the requirements and their feasibility, keeping the client informed of the status

* Report and address, when possible, customer feedback and complains

* Coordinate with the Product, Projects, and Client Services teams to address client's requests

* Assist customers' technical requests and take care of any technical issues

* Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors

* Strives to provide exceptional customer experience

* Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction

* Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers' requirements

* Keep track of key account metrics

* Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities

* Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical account manager
* Experience working on large-scale, cloud-based services (including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and very understanding of security challenges involve in deploying Cloud Applications
* Knowledge with security technologies including, but not limited to, intrusion detection/prevention, event correlation, firewall, antivirus, anti-spam, policy enforcement, patch/configuration management, usage monitoring, audit, secure application development, etc.
* Strong knowledge of public cloud technology, especially AWS and GCP
* Familiar with cybersecurity and governance processes and tools
* Languages: Fluent English, Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience.
*A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
*Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
*Expertise managing complex project and facing challenging scenarios with the clients

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
