Job Description

The Product Analytics Manager will be a member of Visa Direct's Global Strategy & Operations team and will be focused on supporting business analytics, insights, and operations. The Product Analytics Manager will work with team members from Global and market/regional teams to analyze the Visa Direct business across several key strategic and operational metrics, leveraging extensive data sets. The Product Analytics Manager will help develop and maintain new reporting dashboards and capabilities, establish enhancements to the integrity of the data sets, and leverage analytic problem-solving toidentify critical business performance opportunities and recommendations.

Visa Direct is a rapidly growing business within Visa. Our Global team is focused on supporting our global and regional cross functional teams to meet ambitious revenue growth objectives. Establishing and enhancing Visa Direct's performance data, identifying trends within the business, and supporting advanced analytic and data requests from stakeholders (including Visa executives, Investor Relations, Visa Direct teams) is critical to supporting the business' growth and external narrative.

Responsibilities

Visa Direct business reporting and analysis

  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard templates using business intelligence tools to enable evaluation of key business growth metrics
  • Apply common data filters and criteria to VD metrics across all regions to enable global analysis of overall Visa Direct business
  • Define additional key analyses and core metrics to evaluate and deepen understanding of Visa Direct business performance
  • Provide analytic and communications support as needed for quarterly business reviews and data for investor relations' needs

Visa Direct data operational excellence

  • Partner with teams (including Global Business Intelligence) on defining additional data and automation enhancements for Visa Direct transaction level reporting and analysis
  • Create standard dashboard and business analysis templates in support for regional teams
  • Partner with regional product teams on tracking merchant attributes and data elements for Visa Direct program/use case level reporting
  • Conduct deep dive analyses as needed to address emerging business needs and opportunities
  • Help ongoing operations across key operating touchpoints, including recurring meetings with regional
  • Support Monthly Business Reporting (MBR) as member of Global S&O team.

Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications

* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work
experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience
with a PhD
* Experience with building out business intelligence reports and dashboards
* Experience with Tableau or Power BI
* Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, you're comfortable managing spreadsheets, devising
formulas, creating pivot tables, and performing data analysis, while also building executive
presentations

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience with
an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
* Experience in Finance, Consulting, Data Management, or Research preferred
* Robust project management experience and strong process orientation, able to create processes
from scratch and able to identify and drive continuous improvements
* Superior analytic and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytic rigor,
attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze financial models
* Strong financial acumen
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, you create visually clear, concise, and insightful
work product and are comfortable presenting to senior leaders
* A relationship builder who earns the trust and rapport of partners at multiple levels
* Proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and quick to adapt to shifting priorities
* Team-oriented and collaborative, driven and resourceful, innovative and curious, positive and

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

This is a California-based position. The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Californiais $130,800to $170,000USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.
