Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Manager - CRM Data and Analytics to play a critical role in defining and delivering the next generation of Visa's sales enablement software as well as transform how we deliver software through a highly effective Agile team. You will be joining a team of Sales Platform Product Managers whose goal is to introduce new technology solutions that improve the sales effectiveness of our global client-facing teams. We want to improve every aspect of our sales process to create a frictionless environment to support how we engage with our customers and sell Visa solutions that help our customers drive more revenue, reduce risk, and decrease costs.

You will have the opportunity to work with a product manager to own the product capability from conception to delivery. You will be expected to drive innovative solutions and embrace a high performance culture so we are looking for proven history of accomplishments and a willingness to lead in the face of ambiguity. Responsibilities:

  • Apply your experience to create innovative reporting solutions, enabling predictive analytics of our sales process while also establishing an outstanding user experience.

  • Manage the development and launch of new features and functionality through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through implementation, and release.

  • Generate product requirements and solutions that integrate learnings from stakeholder feedback reviews to enhance user satisfaction.

  • Capture detailed process flows related to your capability with attention to the inputs and outputs from other process areas.

  • Collaborate with change management / training team to develop relevant content.

  • Collaborate with product manager and parallel product teams to define future roadmap capability needs and prioritize roadmap capabilities with a value driven approach

  • Be aware of how your product fits into the overall sales process and how other groups and functions may consume or leverage information from your product. We are focused on driving seamlessly integrated end to end solutions and not standalone independent features.

  • Partner closely with the product manager and the engineering team that develops your products through a well-structured Agile Scrum model and set of ceremonies (Daily Standup, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives) where you are a leader, not just a participant.

  • Understand how your product is being used post launch, get feedback, assess the outcome of achieving the anticipated business value, identify improvements and enhancements, and continuously improve based on business value driven approach against other features.

  • Uphold product quality and usability to the highest standard, discerning user needs and expectations and evaluating tradeoffs for your product.

  • Position yourself as a thought leader and well respected expert in the sales enablement and platform space.

This is a sales platform that needs to create value for our users and not just a data entry tool. Our users have to be at the forefront of what we do.

  • Organized with an ability to manage multiple things: You would attend a strategic meeting to plan next year's roadmap priorities, then create a set of user stories in preparation for a backlog grooming ceremony, and then give a demonstration of the features and functions created in last week's sprint to determine release viability all before lunch.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

* 7 years in a functional analyst, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operation role.

* 7 years experience with building software to support sales, service, or other customer relationship management function.

* 4+ years working with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

* 5 years working in an Agile environment, preferably SCRUM with some training experience

This role does not provide immigration/visa sponsorship.

This is a fully-remote role. The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 90,500 USD to 147,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location of applicant. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus and equity.
