RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Clinician/ Behavioral Health to join our team in Lancaster. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!
Who We Seek

We seek a dynamic licensed clinician to be part of our growing outpatient group practice set in a warm and welcoming environment on our Lancaster Campus. We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate behavioral health professional to join the team. Our practice provides a range of individual, family, and group therapy and consultation services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families using approaches that recognize the biological, psychological, and social dimensions of development and family systems.
As a member of the RFK Community Alliance Behavioral Health team, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy, psychological evaluation services, psychiatric assessment, ongoing medication management services, behavioral consultation services, family and parent consultation services, as well as competency evaluations for adults with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities.
Shift

Full-Time: 40 hours/week, flexible schedule available
Who You Are

You are a licensed behavioral health clinician who is creative, energetic, and wants to make a difference. You provide trauma-informed therapeutic support and guidance for children and adults to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential. You are looking to use your experience and skills in a collaborative group setting. Specific qualifications:


  • Master's degree with the license: LMHC, LICSW or LCSW
  • Experience in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed treatment
  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
