Director, Data and Analytics Program Management Lead

KPMG is currently seeking a Project Management Director to join our Data and Analytics organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead PMO for the Global & US Data and Analytics Leader and team of individuals responsible for executing the firm's Data and Analytics strategic vision
  • Oversee project planning, stakeholder management, management of systems and project implementations in accordance D&A priorities
  • Work closely with other program leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and dependencies and impacts are managed
  • Be responsible of execution of all program activities through multi-faceted project plans - schedule, host regular project meetings, setting the agenda, taking, and sharing meeting notes and outcomes and following up on actionable items to ensure progress is made
  • Support the creation of materials, collateral and presentations to Senior Leadership (Board, management committee and other senior leaders)
  • Provide reporting and tracking (financial and non-financial) to key stakeholders on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in program and project management in large complex programs; experience in D&A is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience working in a complex matrixed and diverse cross-cultural environment, ideally within professional services firm
  • Comfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution to problem solve, coupled with strong business acumen; confidence working in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment and prepared to be responsive and flexible
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and decision-making skills; excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clear, compelling ideas, confidence, and effective interacting with and crafting leadership/executive-level communications to senior business partners
  • Prior experience with large implementations that affect changing behaviors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with and across multiple teams and drive dialogue with leaders
