KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Technology Enablement for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Create end-to-end digital products, including experiences and interfaces with a team of cross-functional stakeholders and experience with leading junior team members in creating assets
  • Design visual assets to communicate product function efficiently, including screen layouts, color palettes, UI elements, style guides and icons and work with highly collaborative teams in an agile, iterative design environment
  • Conduct and/or assist with up-front user research activities including business analysis, task analysis and user interviews to inform the development of new products
  • Assess and design products in line with usability standards and heuristic best practices, as dictated by the need
  • Support the creation of design documentation and artifacts created by your team in support of technical development, functional specification documentation
  • Use business requirements, user research and feedback to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, prioritizing features, high-level requirements and task flows across products and services; design elegant high-fidelity user personas, journey maps, design mock ups and wireframes and storyboards for all responsive landscapes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent UX/UI/visualization design experience; web and mobile preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Comfortable with industry-standard design and prototyping software including but not limited to Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe CC including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience conducting UX Design processes in collaboration with Product Management and Development counterparts
  • Familiar with Agile and Lean UX methodologies, interaction design (IxD), user experience design (UX), visual experience design (VX), branding, content strategy, usability testing, HCD user and design research, interaction models and responsive layout; familiarity with accessibility standards and familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR/XR, AI/ML, data visualization) a plus
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
