Description

$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering care.

Required qualifications:



  • Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • One (1) year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate.
  • Two (2) years of work experience in behavioral health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire


Preferred qualifications:



  • Ability to use an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
  • Two (2) years recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility
  • Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
  • Recent prior experience with phone triage.
  • Three (3) years of work experience in behavioral health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
