Job Overview:

The position is responsible for all aspects of Dealer Network Ownership and Management data. Responsibilities include, tracking, researching, and entering ownership/operator and general manager changes. Manage succession planning and ensure succession plan is current, available and provided by dealers. Perform due diligence on all individuals with ownership and management responsibilities and communicate due diligence outcomes, including discrepancies and approvals. Analyze all data pertaining to dealership ownership structures. Responsible for owner anniversary tracking, awards, communication, procurement and budgeting. Provide support to Executive Management by providing operational notes for Dealer visit profiles.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for ownership data such as changes including, name, title, relationship to prior owner, ownership percentage and entity type. Acquire ownership data through Buy-Sell process, regional input and/or current owner restructuring. Ensure data is current, accurate and consistent. Verify data complexity is demonstrated in Dealer Network systems

- Main contact for representing business for all dealership/retailer IT systems that digest, store, organize and extract dealer data including dealer code, name, address, ownership, management, documentation (final agreements/paragraphs) and facilities. These systems are foundational for all MBUSA retailer information

- Data governance responsibilities such as classification, maintenance, error-resolution and security. Fast learner able to work in a changing network environment and while demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to support data/reporting needs

- Succession planning is required by the dealer network. Confirm succession plans are provided, data is entered into dealership systems, data is current and all successors are vetted through the due diligence process

- Perform due diligence on existing and incoming owners, operators and general managers via Lexis Nexis and other background check tools. Communicate due diligence outcomes to recipients; work with recipients for discrepancy resolution requirements, if needed

- Responsible for inputting new entity information into BPIM and obtaining approval for all Buy-Sells and new entities

- Main contact for GSSN+ and Dealer data

- Responsible for Dealer ownership counts for NSC presentations and NAMAD diversity support, to Supervisor and Department Manager

- Manage business representation for all dealership/retailer IT systems that digest, store, organize and extract dealer data including dealer code, name, address, ownership, management, documentation (final agreements/paragraphs) and facilities. These systems are foundational for all MBUSA retailer information

- Responsible for issuing Dealer Agreement Amendments to reflect changes to the Dealer Principal, Operator and/or ownership changes

- Undergraduate Degree

Skills:

- Experience in Microsoft business tools - Excel, Outlook, Work, OneNote, etc.

- Moderate experience with Tableau systems

- Collaborative, cross-functional team player

- Detail-oriented

- Strong Analytical and business acumen

Years of Experience:

2-3 years experience in reporting and data management
