Unit Description Are you an experienced Catering Manager that has a passion for creativity and is looking for an exciting and challenging new position? Sodexo Universities is seeking a Catering Manager 2 for The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina located in Charleston, SC! This catering manager would be responsible for the execution of all catered events on campus - working closely with the Catering Director, develop menus, work with the culinary team and hire & train wait staff. Additional skills include experience in high volume activity, employee/staff training, labor management and control systems. Must have a valid drivers licence. Medium complexity with a high degree of hands on involvement in catering events. Strong client interaction.
