In this position, you will play a critical role insupportingthe management, execution and continued improvement of anindependentCompliance Assurance program at Payoneer. This role requires the ability tounderstandkey elements of Payoneer's Compliance program (such as tools and processes) and to collaboratewith Compliance Officers and subject matter experts to further develop and execute testing that will validate the effectiveness of internal controls as executed across the organization.

This position reports to the Compliance Testing Manager and requires strong organizational skills as well as theability to prioritize multiple projects.

What you'll do:

• Assistin the execution of the Assurance program and methodology
• Assess the design and effectiveness of controls implemented to mitigate applicable compliance and regulatory risks
• Collaboratewith stakeholders to develop remediation plans to resolve control weaknesses identified through testing
• Help prepare reports for Senior Management that highlight the scope, testing approaches, testing results, and compliance testing activities
• Support the periodic and annual testing of the company's compliance program and propose methods of testing and executing plans

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years' experience with BSA/AML Compliance
• Well organized, efficient, self-starter able to work independently. Detail oriented, in order to generate accurate and precise work
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
