Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our food services team at Beth Israel Lahey Beverly Health Hospital in Beverly, MA. Beverly Hospital is a 227-bed medical center, acute care facility and Level III Trauma Center. We provide a comprehensive range of inpatient services, including critical care, general medicine, surgery, obstetrics, newborn special care, pediatrics and psychiatry. The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the patient meal program to ensure compliance and improve the overall patient experience. The schedule for this position will primarily be Monday-Friday with a rotating manager weekend schedule. We are looking for a charismatic and organized individual to support a team of 20 associates. Position Summary Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company. - Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards. - Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees. - Performs audits and prepares reports.
