You can sit / work from one of these hub city offices (Bay area - Foster City, Austin, Denver/Highlands Ranch, Atlanta, Miami, Ashburn/VA, New York) Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. Job DescriptionThe Visa Global Loyalty and Benefits team is at the cutting edge of delivering solutions that drive relevancy and cardholder engagement. The Digital Benefit Platform is Visa's state-of-the-art product benefit infrastructure designed to give issuers access to more benefits options and a higher degree of flexibility and choice. To operationalize this vision, Visa offers it's issuers an integrated benefit platform consisting of Benefit Management, Benefit Delivery and Benefit awareness services, all these are available in market today and offers the following-
The Director will be responsible for the product technology roadmap, strategy, structure and ongoing technical product management of new and existing product components for Visa's loyalty suite. This person will be responsible for working with the benefit product owners across all the regions and coordinating enhancements on our benefits platform, including merging legacy functionality into a modern technology stack and creating a holistic user experience for a client and/or an internal Visa user. This person should have material experience in scaling products via Agile methodologies. This leader will work with clients and internal experts to identify and prioritize products to develop, manage the build (not code), execute the launch and drive product commercialization to target levels of adoption and utilization. A strong candidate will have a solid experience with product/program management, release management, cross-functional team leadership, superb communication skills, business analysis, excellent understanding of product strategy frameworks and a drive to ideate. We are looking for a pro-active product leader who can deliver on a product vision by questioning the status quo. Responsibilities
