Job DescriptionFunction/Team Summary Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (sending and receiving financial institutions, processors, merchants, and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to Visa accounts around the world using push payment technology. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person to micro-business transfer (e.g., payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursement (e.g., insurance claim disbursements), and more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than 80 Trillion of payment volume globally. The Product Architecture and Development Team is responsible for identifying and driving strategic enhancements to the Visa Direct platform. We support end-to-end product management including ideation, discovery, technical build, new feature launch, across all aspects of the feature set, including Sales, Solutions, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, and many other functional partners. Job Description/Essential Functions We are looking for an experienced project managerto combine successful product development process experience with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills. This role will be responsible for coordinating the launch and growth of the Visa Direct Payouts Service across a wide range of workstreamsincluding Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and Product. TheProduct Launch role is accountable for timely and high-quality execution and delivery from original concept through final implementation. This position requires working with teams that follow Agile practices as well as traditional methodologies. This isNOTa technical program management role. This role will work directly with the Visa Direct Payouts Global Product Leads to bring the product vision to life.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 25% of the time. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
