Job Overview
Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking a Supervisor that will drive success for the organization and our dealer network in all aspects of their Digital business, and the associated data feeds across all Digital Platforms. This position will manage three direct reports, each responsible for the elements of MBUSA's Dealer Digital Platforms strategy - Internal Digital Inventory Distribution System, Enterprise Leads Management System, and Dealer Digital Touchpoints suite of products ("Tier-3," i.e. Dealer Websites, Digital Retailing, Digital Advertising activity).
This role lives within the Digital Platforms Digital House business unit, and partners closely with MBIT, Financial Services, and HQ colleagues. The Supervisor will collaborate strongly with the MBUSA-owned Digital Touchpoints Supervisor ("Tier-1," MBUSA.com) and associated team to ensure all front-end experiences are as seamless for customers as possible, allowing them to do business with Mercedes-Benz dealerships wherever and whenever they prefer.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- 50% - Support Product Leads (Dealer Web, Inventory, and Enterprise Leads Delivery) in their ownership areas
-- Understand the nature of each workload, help manage and facilitate effective partnerships for each direct report with Home Office, Dealership and MBUSA Field Personnel.
- Prioritize, explore solutions, and manage communications when necessary to ensure inbound communications and/or issue reporting from the network is managed properly.
-- Establish strategic approach for proactive outbound communications to the field/dealers on all Dealer Digital activities. (i.e. status/outages, upgrades to features, functionality) via available channels - host webinars, deliver written notifications, and host working sessions with dealer and field colleagues
-- Reporting, Product Performance and Financial Management as needed
-- Coordination and management of necessary in-store processes
- 30% - Partner with MBUSA.com Supervisor to drive Dealer Digital Platforms forward
-- Maintain brand standards, compliance, taxonomy, content and more such that Dealer web properties and MBUSA-owned website continually grow closer together in look, feel, and capability.
- 20% - Collaborate with MB IT partners, Agency teams, Sales Ops, Network Strategy and Product Owners on the Digital Platforms team- Understand ongoing business area initiatives, communicate Dealer Digital Strategies to collectively establish business goals and vision to deliver solutions for current and future product capabilities.
-- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of selling processes and procedures with emphasis in New and Pre-Owned sales and service. General business knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.

Must have 7 years (total) of experience in the following:
- Product Development and Ownership: General Knowledge of concept development process, production process, agile work methodologies, and tools for measurement of effectiveness
- Business: General Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working across business units to define requirements in detail, write feature stories for development team, identify dependencies, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project cycle.
- Market Research: General Knowledge of market research sources, data analysis techniques and methodology from various research tools
Qualifications
Qualifications/ Education
Bachelor's Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Product Development
- Digital Product Development, implementation
- Agile Methodologies
- eCommerce experience is a plus
Additional Information
Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule
Requires valid driver's license
Travel domestically
Work weekends when required
