Senior Marketing Manager - Offshore

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing colleagues around the world to devise and execute breakthrough campaigns, programs, and initiatives designed to support the Americas offshore sales team's efforts in increasing sales, retaining assets, and cross-selling strategies across the Franklin Templeton product line. In this role, the Senior Marketing Manger will be the primary point of contact with the offshore sales leadership team.

Marketing efforts will be tailored to drive business with targeted groups of financial advisors who service offshore investors.

The Senior Marketing Manager will also collaborate with the Global Financial Institutions group to deepen relationships with head office gatekeepers to get more Franklin Templeton products on firms' approved lists and portfolio models.

The ideal candidate will be:
  • An investment industry veteran with 5+ years of experience, preferably marketing mutual funds, ETFs, and Separately Managed Accounts to financial advisors servicing offshore clients

  • A college or university graduate, with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline

  • A proven, goal-oriented marketer with demonstrated success building impactful, integrated, and tailored campaigns for the various offshore target audiences (using social media, email, presentations, video, web sites, virtual and in-person events, etc.)

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish with strong writing skills strongly preferred

  • A strong collaborator who can galvanize teams and subject matter experts around offshore business priorities

  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables
