The Role

As a Sr. Executive Recruiter, and strategic talent advisor, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality and diversity of candidate slates, building high-value talent pipelines, internal talent mobility, and managing the full recruitment life cycle and key accounts for designated customers. In this lead role as talent broker , you will cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with a portfolio of key customer accounts which includes, understanding their business, strategic imperatives, talent implications, culture, and executive recruiting needs; sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate experience; and as the subject matter expert, provide consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to provide additional recruitment services to existing and new customers. The position can be in WA, MT, CA, OR, AK, TX, or NM.

Key Accountabilities

The Sr. Executive Recruiter, will play a lead role and be responsible for executing in several core areas in our talent agenda, including:



  • Work with hiring executives to scope search projects by obtaining information that clearly defines the specifics of the job including the responsibilities, requirements, compensation, company culture, etc.
  • Lead and develop comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies, in tandem with the team of Executive Recruiters and Researchers, for qualified candidates via heavy cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, customer referrals, local advertising, networking, professional communities, etc.
  • Effectively evaluate candidate qualifications by conducting thorough interviews.
  • Successfully communicate each candidate's experience and qualifications for the opportunity and advise customer on candidate background, expertise, and career potential.
  • Manage and negotiate both the selection and offer process including but not limited to, candidate compensation, benefits, relocation, and pre-close of the candidate.
  • Manage recruitment life cycle from search kick-off through closure to ensure "time to fill" goals are achieved.
  • Improve the customer experience for assigned stakeholder groups.
  • Develop, drive, and manage strong business relationships with customers to ensure successful placements and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor Executive Recruiters.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing.
  • Work closely with Sr. TA Coordinators to ensure interviews are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner, applicant tracking system compliance, search checklist are completed, and that all recruiting-related correspondence are sent to candidates.
  • Responsible for identifying and leveraging new recruitment sources.
  • Provide project updates to executives, customer contacts, and stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely fashion.


Qualifications:

Capabilities & Skillset



  • 8 years of business experience
  • 6 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter with experience including cold calling, developing search strategies and customer/candidate management.
  • Business development / Account management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures by asking the right questions.
  • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels.
  • Must be able to conduct in depth interviews and evaluate candidate profiles.
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-initiative along with the ability to respond quickly to customer requests.
  • Ability to be an effective team member and, as needed, to handle project leadership responsibility.
  • Willing and able to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change.
  • PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRMs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
