KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Enterprise Architect in Customer & Operations for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the documentation and development of Business Transformation Portfolio Plans, IT Strategic Plans, and Governance mechanisms based on industry Enterprise Architecture methodologies for either enterprise and/or specific program areas or business functions
  • Produce business, information, application, technology and/or security architectures enterprise-wide or for specific lines of business, program areas or business functions.
  • Document generalized reference models for specific industry sectors; preference for the Medicaid domain
  • Support the development of Enterprise Architecture artifacts including application and technology portfolios in relation to target architectures and roadmaps to drive enterprise or specific business process transformations
  • Document business, technology and information requirements at multiple levels required to support specific client needs and business solutions
  • Support the development and documentation of technical governance documentation as required to support a variety of maturity models for technical project management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent professional work experience in one or more of the traditional Health Human Service domains: Medicaid, Child Welfare, SNAP, TANF, Child Support Enforcement, etc. or consulting in those areas
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferably in computer science, information systems, business management or a similar discipline
  • Enterprise architecture skills in at least one or preferably more areas, including: business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, security architecture
  • Experience in solution development and implementation, including business or technical planning, design, requirements definition and analysis and system implementation skills.
  • Skills and expertise in applying and coaching others in one or more of the following: data modeling, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), and/or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); excellent written and oral business communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for Visa sponsorship now or in the future
