KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Risk Assurance - GRC Technology for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute client engagements focusing on MS Dynamics controls and security; evaluate the design and effectiveness of MS Dynamics controls throughout the business cycle
  • Review and map MS Dynamics business processes, communicate effectively with technical team to speak on system/environment architecture, development, integrations and overall client requirements from a risk management perspective
  • Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas MS Dynamics controls and MS Dynamics security; supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagement; help coach and train team members to grow the MS Dynamics knowledgebase of the team
  • Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership abilities with strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing projects
  • Write and present clear and concise reports and presentations containing meaningful observations and recommendations to clients and document procedures performed and conclusions reached related to projects
  • Support proposal and business development activities by assisting in the identification of new target clients, building business relationships with key executives and developing/presenting proposals; provide oversight and leadership to KPMG team members regarding deliverables, project plans and performance management while contributing to industry and regulatory publications, writing professional and thought leadership articles and speaking at related conferences and seminars

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in any of the following areas: MS Dynamics audit, MS Dynamics security design/re-design, MS Dynamics controls implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Thorough understanding of Finance and Operations processes and leading practices; project or team lead experience, within a consulting firm is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives; demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, lead project engagements, attract new business and build lasting professional relationships with senior client executives
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
