Department Secretary Administrative Assistant III - Medical Oncology-Chemotherapy Here at Providence, Caregivers are not simply valued-they're invaluable. Location: Eureka, CA Work Schedule: Full Time 80 - Bi-Weekly Hours Shift: 8-hour, Day Under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager, this position provides secretarial support for the Managed Care services. Will obtain insurance authorizations, act as receptionist, answer phones, do filing, type correspondence, computer data entry, ordering supplies, and other general office duties.
